The place was simply amazing for a Christmas stay! The location was super convenient, putting us close to all the Xmas markets and attractions in the heart of the city. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They provided us with everything we needed and went the extra mile to make our stay special. I loved the antique architecture and the comfortable rooms - they made us feel like royalty!
That our room got a bit too warm at night and it was tough to get comfortable. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

Great stay in the city center. Excellent breakfast and the room was very spacious and clean. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main square and close to the cathedral. the staff was welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The noise was unbearable. Every night there was loud music until very late, which made it difficult to sleep.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a mountain town with restricted access. Despite the cool temperatures at night, the room was warm and cozy. the room was also larger than expected and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. the breakfast was quite filling and there were parking passes provided. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
There was a nearby music festival that was quite loud at night.
